Economist. I spent five years at Chile's Budget Office (Dipres) forecasting central government revenue and spending. Since 2024 I have been building data and AI products from Madrid.
At Dipres I worked on the structural balance calculation, the quarterly Public Finance Report, and fiscal cost estimates for bills in Congress. That background still shapes the work: understanding how a fiscal rule, an administrative register, or a regulation actually works, and turning it into a system people can operate and audit.
